Personal data processing

This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals, sole proprietors, legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the User) and regulates the relationship between the Company and the User regarding the processing of the User's personal information/data (Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 10.11.2008 No. 455-Z "On Information, Informatization and Information Protection"), including, but not limited to, the collection, storage, use, transfer, and security of the information provided by the User and/or collected from the User.

1. Personal information collected and processed by the Company

For the purposes of this Policy, personal information means:

1.1. Information (including, but not limited to, personal data) that the User independently provides to the Company (full name, email address, telephone number, name of the company the User works for). The information is provided by the User filling in the relevant forms, while the amount of information provided when filling in the optional fields of the said forms is determined by the User independently.

1.2. Information received automatically when the User uses the Company's website, including from cookie files.

Cookies are text files available to the Company to process information about the User's activity, including information about which pages the User visited and the time the User spent on the page.
The User has many tools available to manage the data collected by cookies. For example, you can use controls in your web browser to limit the use of cookies by websites and revoke consent to their use. All data collected using these cookies is aggregated and anonymous.

By consenting to the processing of personal data for the purpose of receiving informational and advertising mailings, the User also consents to receive advertising in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 10, 2007 No. 225-Z "On Advertising". The User has the right to refuse to receive informational and advertising mailings by unsubscribing from them, by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in the informational and advertising letter.

2. Purposes of collecting and processing users' personal information

The Company may perform the following actions with personal data: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, provision, deletion of personal data. The Company's methods of processing personal data: using automation tools, without using them, and in a mixed way.

The terms of processing personal data by the Company are determined taking into account:

The established purposes of processing personal data;
The validity periods of contracts with the User and the User's consent to the processing of their personal data;
The terms determined by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The collection, storage and processing of the information specified in Section 1 of this Policy is carried out exclusively for the following specific purposes:

2.1. Identification of the party within the framework of the services provided;
2.2. Formation of statistics on visits and actions on the Site, analysis of the audience and its needs;
2.3. Provision of services and customer support at the request of Users;
2.4. Improving the quality of services, ease of use, developing and improving the Site, eliminating technical problems or security issues;
2.5. Analysis for the expansion and improvement of services, information content and advertising of services;
2.6. Informing Users about services, targeted marketing, service updates and advertising offers based on the information preferences of Users;
2.7. Targeting advertising materials; sending individual marketing messages via e-mail;
2.8. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
2.9. Ensuring the possibility of correct access to the Site, tracking problems in the operation of the Site.

The Company uses the following services that process information using cookies:

Contextual advertising and remarketing services Google Ads, Yandex Direct, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager - in order to show the User the advertising that is most suitable for his interests;
Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica statistics services – for the purpose of improving the Site and advertising campaigns.

Yandex, Google Inc. and Facebook process information about users’ visits to the Site and the actions that users perform on the Site pages.

3. Terms of processing the user’s personal information and its transfer to third parties

3.1. The user agrees to the processing of their personal data by sending an application (any written request containing contact information).
